Navy 2: The recycling center receives higher returns on their commodities due to their high speed bailer which was installed in 1995. It is extremely efficient, has a low contamination rate, and qualifies sorted materials to be sold in international markets. Due to the return on their investment, the Navy is utilizing this machine in the 9 base recycling centers in the Southwest Region.
