Ryan Hall: Home to about 250 undergraduate women since opening in the fall of 2009, Ryan Hall is LEED Gold Certified and is the first campus residence hall to earn LEED certification. 31% of the building is composed of recycled materials, which include structural steel, concrete, ceramic tile, insulation, door frames, drywall and ceiling tiles, and 39% of all building materials were extracted and manufactured within 500 miles of campus. 91% of the spaces in the building have natural daylight and exterior views and the building uses approximately 25% less energy than required by building codes.
