Every year, Swinney's staff gathers with all of their wives and children for a Clemson family photo, a tradition Swinney started to serve as a reminder of how many people were counting on him to lead the Tigers to success.
"This is probably the most important picture in the room because it's a reminder every day that it's not just about me," Swinney said. "So this is something that I love being a part of every year and our families have grown and grown and grown."
