I Am A World Champion: Super Bowl championship quarterbacks

Bob Griese
Miami Dolphins | Super Bowls VII, VIIIAs the starting quarterback for the Dolphins, Bob Griese was called the "cornerstone of the franchise" by team owner Joe Robbie. Consistently calling his own plays throughout his career, Griese established a reputation as a thinking man's quarterback. After suffering a broken leg and dislocated ankle early in the 1972 season, Griese rallied to lead Miami to a perfect season with a victory against Washington in Super Bowl VII. The following season, Griese and the Dolphins picked up where they left off, defeating the Vikings to take home Super Bowl VIII.
