Inside Gary Andersen's Office - View 1

Andersen pulls a black wristband with red lettering out of his desk. It reads "Players win games" on one side and "Players make plays" on the other, next to motion W logos.
The saying is Andersen's - "I should trademark it," he joked - and he's stressed it throughout his coaching career and asked players to wear the wristbands.
"That's always been my deal," Andersen said. "Coaching's overrated. Put them in the right spot so they can win games.
"I ask every one of my kids to wear that wristband and wear it every year."
