Inside Nick Saban's Office - View 2

Saban loves to joke that his toughest critic after games is wife, Terry, who in truth has been his biggest supporter. But that doesn't mean he's above gigging her.
"I go home and find out what we did wrong," Saban quips.
Right behind his desk is a picture of Mrs. Terry, as he refers to her, posing with an elephant. Alabama's quasi-mascot is an elephant (Hence the Red Elephants) and goes back to Wallace Wade's tenure as coach in the 1930s.
"Mrs. Terry went on this rampage one time about getting an elephant and why we didn't have an elephant in the stadium as a mascot during the games. She tried to get this elephant from California to come in here and be a live mascot," says Saban, shaking his head and pointing to the picture.
Saban said he had just one question.
"Who's going to come in and clean up?" Saban cracked.
