18. Connecticut
In his first year as a head coach, Kevin Ollie did a more-than-admirable job keeping Connecticut relevant despite an NCAA ban. But this is the big year for the Huskies. New conference and a relatively new coach mean that UConn is on a bit of a delicate limb. It has to be good this season to remain a factor in the national picture. Ryan Boatright and Shabazz Napier are good enough to make that happen, but for the Huskies to be better than last season, they need a boost from the frontcourt, specifically in the form of DeAndre Daniels. -- Dana O'Neil
