ESPN.com Power Rankings 2013

19. Virginia
This should be Tony Bennett's best team since the coach has been at Virginia. He has a real shot to be a contender for a top-three finish in the ACC. Joe Harris is an ACC player of the year candidate. He has had nagging injuries, but a healthy Harris can lead the Cavs out of the middle of the ACC. Mike Tobey had a breakout summer with USA Basketball and will be more featured. The complementary pieces are all in place for the Cavs to be one of the toughest outs at home and a thorn on the road. But Virginia must win games it is expected to and come out of a rather vanilla nonconference schedule with real momentum to be taken as seriously as the roster demands. -- Andy Katz
