Fight Credential: Mayweather vs. Alvarez

Tenacity
Alvarez has yet to get stuck rowing against the tide when it turns against him in a fight. It's impossible to know how he will react if all he has left to rely on are his courage and survival instincts in the ring. The knock on Canelo -- that he has been allowed to feast on tailor-made opponents -- coincidentally, sounds similar to the cricitism of Mayweather. Although "Money" has made his living in recent years by picking off mostly disadvantaged competition, examples do exist of his will having been tested over the years (Miguel Cotto, Zab Judah, Jose Luis Castillo), and he has passed every time.
Advantage: Mayweather
