ESPN.com Preseason Power Rankings 2013

11. Florida State
It's a year of transition at Florida State, but that doesn't mean expectations are lower. Jimbo Fisher was forced to replace six assistant coaches and lost 11 players from last year's ACC championship team to the NFL draft, including starting quarterback EJ Manuel. Still, there remains ample talent on the roster. Start with the presumptive replacement for Manuel, redshirt freshman Jameis Winston. He already has earned cult hero status around Tallahassee for his exploits on the baseball diamond, and he wowed fans during the Seminoles' spring game. Even if Winston's production doesn't match his hype, FSU returns the bulk of an offense that averaged 7 yards per play in 2012. -- David Hale
