The Student Farm: The Student Farm at LSU was established for the expressed purpose of bringing awareness of the importance of living sustainably and to provide students with naturally grown food on campus. On a third of an acre, near LSU's organic farm, the Student Farm provides a learning environment where students from multiple disciplines of study can collaborate to accomplish these goals. Fresh produce, including herbs, spinach, lettuce, squash and collard greens, are sold at the Bengal Fresh Market.
