David Amerson
Defensive Back | NC StateHe might have been the MVP of the entire ACC in bowl games this year. Amerson's interception in the third quarter of the Belk Bowl against Louisville helped change the game, and his second interception of the game sealed the 31-24 win.
The Pack was leading 24-10, but Louisville was driving. Amerson picked it off at the State 35-yard line and went 65 yards for the touchdown. That interception broke the ACC single-season record, but he wasn't finished. Amerson also had another interception late in the game which moved him into a tie for second place in FBS history for single-season interceptions with 13.
