Justin Blackmon
Wide receiver | Oklahoma StateJustin Blackmon's rise over the last year can be broken down in any number of ways, but perhaps the best statistic? He entered 2010 with 20 career catches and finished the season with 20 touchdown catches, the most in the nation. The Biletnikoff Award winner turned down NFL money to chase a BCS berth or more with quarterback Brandon Weeden at Oklahoma State and maybe a chance at joining Michael Crabtree as the only other two-time Biletnikoff winner. No other player in the Big 12 was more important to his offense, and Blackmon will surely wow fans once again.
