David DeCastro

Guard | Stanford

David DeCastro, a redshirt junior, has made 26 starts over the past two seasons. At 6-foot-5, 312 pounds, he earned first-team All-Pac-10 honors in 2010 and built a reputation as a mauling run blocker. ESPN NFL draft guru Mel Kiper rated him as the No. 1 junior guard in the country. Over those two seasons, DeCastro and the Cardinal line yielded just 13 sacks total, while also leading rushing attacks that averaged 214 and 218 yards per game, respectively. He was selected for the watch list for the Outland Trophy, given annually to the nation's best lineman.
