Wide Receiver | Colorado StateA finalist for the Biletnikoff Award, Higgins hauled in 89 catches for 1,640 yards and 17 touchdowns, setting the school's single-season records for receiving yards and touchdowns. Among FBS players, he ranks first in receiving yards per game (149.1) and receiving touchdowns. Only Alabama's Amari Cooper had more receiving yards (1,656). And 77.5 percent of the time Higgins caught the ball, the result was either a first down or a touchdown for the Rams, who averaged almost 36 points per game. In nine of his 11 games, Higgins posted at least 140 receiving yards and he registered double-digit catches in five games. -- Kevin Gemmell
