Inside Nick Saban's Office - View 1

Saban's not into the bling. Don't get the wrong idea. He loves collecting it, as in collecting national championship rings. He's just not into wearing it.
He says he's never worn his four national championship rings. The funny part is that boosters and fans have taken tours of his office over the years, and pictures will pop up from time to time with them posing with the rings. But not Saban, even when he goes recruiting.
When's the last time he's had one of them on?
"Never. I've never worn them," he says. "I'm not a ring guy, especially those big, old things. They're like wearing brass knuckles because they're so big. You can't even shake hands with anybody."
The three national championship rings he won at Alabama are in a box on a coffee table in his office, and the one he won at LSU is displayed in another part of his office. He also has the different rings encased and attached to his desk.
