Cyril Richardson
Offensive guard | BaylorBaylor might play a finesse style of offense. But there's nothing finesse about the way Cyril Richardson plays. Weighing in at almost 340 pounds, Richardson can engulf smaller defenders in the run game with his mammoth 6-foot-5 frame. The former Hurricane Katrina refugee is so strong he can bench 400 pounds and squat 665. Richardson is a major reason why the Bears led the Big 12 in rushing last season, and why they figure to be formidable on the ground again with running backs Lache Seastrunk and Glasco Martin. The coaches voted Richardson the Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year in 2012, and there's no reason to believe he won't be the league's best again this season. -- Jake Trotter
