Amari Cooper
Wide receiver | AlabamaLooking back, it feels as if Amari Cooper's ascent to stardom in Tuscaloosa happened overnight. But the former four-star prospect from South Florida didn't break nearly every rookie receiving record at Alabama in a flash in 2012. Rather it took until Week 6 for Cooper to start his first game in crimson, and that break came only after a season-ending injury to DeAndrew White. In the Tide's final nine games, Cooper caught eight touchdowns and broke the 100-yard mark five times, earning his way onto the freshman All-SEC team. Now a bulked-up sophomore, Cooper returns as AJ McCarron's go-to target and everyone's preseason All-American.
