9. Clemson
The overwhelming favorite to win the ACC this year, Clemson has plenty of pieces in place for another run at the conference title. The question is whether the Tigers are good enough to contend for more. With seven starters back on offense, including Heisman hopeful quarterback Tajh Boyd and standout receiver Sammy Watkins, and 10 players who started at least five games last season on defense, it's an experienced team hoping to contend for the national title. The highly anticipated season opener against Georgia will reveal how seriously Clemson should be considered for a run at the BCS championship, but with FSU and South Carolina also on the schedule, it won't be easy. -- Heather Dinich
