21. Baylor
The Bears took a big hit in the offseason. Quincy Acy, Quincy Miller and Perry Jones III are gone. The power grid at Baylor shifts now from the frontcourt to the backcourt. Pierre Jackson is one of the most dynamic players in the country. Brady Heslip is a potent shooter. A.J. Walton, Gary Franklin and Deuce Bello add experience to one of America's top backcourts. And if freshmen Isaiah Austin and Rico Gathers live up to the hype, Baylor will compete for the Big 12 title and more. With so many new pieces, however, chemistry could be an issue. Past BU squads with more talent missed expectations. But Scott Drew's 2012-13 group is skilled enough to compete against the best teams in America. Will the Bears fulfill that potential? -- Myron Medcalf
