23. Wisconsin
Bo Ryan's program might be the most consistent in the country. You know what you're going to get: stout defense, methodical offense, efficient shot selection and a painstakingly slow pace. Each and every year since Ryan arrived in Madison, his teams have finished in the top four of the Big Ten and gone to the NCAA tournament, and that's exactly what to expect of these Badgers -- if not more -- despite the preseason loss of Josh Gasser. Forwards Jared Berggren and Ryan Evans are among the best defenders in the country and guard Ben Brust is an emerging talent. The real wild card is freshman Sam Dekker, whose offensive skill could push UW even higher than its already solid, predictable baseline. -- Eamonn Brennan
