6. Duke
Gone from last season's 32-win Duke team are the ACC POY (Nolan Smith), the No. 1 pick in the NBA draft (Kyrie Irving) and a two-time all-ACC forward (Kyle Singler). Yet the expectations surrounding the Blue Devils remain high -- which says a little something about their head coach. Mike Krzyzewski's flexibility, his knack for re-molding his tactics to fit his his talent, is one of the reasons he is only three victories away from becoming the winningest men's basketball coach in D-I history. Sure, there may be a few early growing pains trying to replace the aforementioned trio, but he has plenty of options, including Preseason ACC Freshman of the Year Austin Rivers; veterans Seth Curry (who will slide from shooting guard to point guard) and Ryan Kelly. Oh, and there are now three Plumlees patrolling the paint. -- Robbi Pickeral
