13. Wisconsin
Death, taxes and impressive Wisconsin basketball teams: It's good to know there are a few things we can always count on. Each year the Badgers lose talented stars and key complementary pieces, and each year Bo Ryan's team is among the most disciplined and underrated in the nation. Ryan has some rebuilding to do this time. Jon Leuer and Keaton Nankivil graduated, and any frontcourt replacements will be former role players (see: Mike Bruesewitz) asked to do more than ever. But Ryan does have something of his own to count on. That's point guard Jordan Taylor, the nation's smartest and most ruthlessly efficient point. Taylor will have to find help from some of his castmates, but his intelligent, composed play is the basis of what should be yet another very solid UW team. Same as it ever was. -- Eamonn Brennan
