11. Wisconsin
Wisconsin won a key offseason duel with defending national champion Auburn. The prize for the Badgers: a former all-ACC quarterback. Russell Wilson's departure from NC State and subsequent decision to continue his college football career ultimately left him choosing between Wisconsin and Auburn. He chose to finish his career in Madison and, with that, Wisconsin's expectations escalated. Wilson replaces two-year starter Scott Tolzien, who led the Badgers to last season's Rose Bowl. Combine Wilson and star tailbacks James White and Montee Ball, and the offense could be among the Big Ten's most dangerous. Speaking of dangerous, back-to-back October road games against Michigan State and Ohio State could be just that for Bret Bielema's Badgers. -- Dari Nowkhah, ESPNU
