15. Matt Leinart
Quarterback | USCOver three seasons, quarterback Matt Leinart led USC to a 37-2 record and two AP national championships. He won the 2004 Heisman Trophy, and set aside speculation that he would be the first choice in the 2005 NFL Draft by staying for his senior season.
Leinart won neither a third title or a second Heisman. Arizona made him the 10th pick in the '06 Draft, and Leinart never took flight. Instead of learning from teammate Kurt Warner, Leinart showed he couldn't beat him out. He lost the confidence of his Cardinal coaches and now languishes on the Houston Texans' bench.
