16. Danny Wuerffel
Quarterback | FloridaIt's hard to imagine any player having a bigger place in Florida fans' hearts than former quarterback Tim Tebow, but Wuerffel etched his mark with the Gators long before Tebow arrived.
As a senior in 1996, Wuerffel guided the Gators to a national championship and won the Heisman Trophy. He finished his college career with 10,875 passing yards and 114 touchdowns, most in SEC history.
A fourth-round pick of the New Orleans Saints in the 1997 draft, Wuerffel started 10 games in parts of six seasons in the NFL, before retiring to launch Desire Street Ministries, a faith-based charity.
