I Am A World Champion: Super Bowl championship quarterbacks

Jeff Hostetler
New York Giants | Super Bowl XXVJeff Hostetler is the definition of perseverance. After playing sparingly for five seasons as a backup quarterback to starter Phil Simms, Hostetler finally got his big break. When Simms went down Dec. 15, 1990, Hostetler took hold of the reins and led the New York Giants to Super Bowl XXV. Hostetler's offense was in control the entire game, as it stayed on the field for a Super Bowl record 40 minutes and 33 seconds. It also helped that Hostetler piled up 222 yards and a TD through the air as the Giants narrowly finished off the Buffalo Bills with a 20-19 victory.
