John Moffitt
Guard | WisconsinJohn Moffitt has been overshadowed by Outland Trophy winner Gabe Carimi, but he was just as important during Wisconsin's run to the Rose Bowl. One of five returning starters on Wisconsin's offensive line, Moffitt started 12 games at left guard and helped the Badgers set school records with 46 rushing touchdowns and 520 points scored.
In the Badgers' 31-18 upset of then-No. 1 Ohio State on Oct. 16, Moffitt helped pave the way for most of Wisconsin's rushing yards. According to ESPN Stats & Information, the Badgers ran 35 times between the tackles against the Buckeyes, gaining 160 yards with three touchdowns.
