12 Rounds: Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.-Bryan Vera II

Experience
While one can argue Chavez has a deficient amateur background, it's hard to call into question the magnitude of his experience. Along with his 50 pro fights (compared to 30 for Vera) and the quality of his opponents, the Mexican fighter holds the advantage of being the son of a legend. Having Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. as his father has given him boxing experience from birth, and that sort of heritage must be respected and added to the field of experience as a tool for victory.
Advantage: Chavez
