Inside Dabo Swinney's Office - View 1

This license plate commemorating the Tigers' 1982 national championship came off the car of a Clemson fan and was donated to Swinney with some optimism: "They said they wanted me to have it because they said we were going to win it again," Swinney said. "I've kept that there and I've got to try to keep my promise and get that done. So I leave it up there as a reminder of what our ultimate goal is."
There are plenty of old-school Clemson mementos around Swinney's office, from game programs to helmets, but one of his favorites is a seat -- Seat 17 -- from Memorial Stadium in 1972, back when it was all wooden bleachers. It is yet another gift from a fan.
