Durability
Algieri made a great case for himself in this category with the toughness he showed in getting up twice off the canvas against Provodnikov and outboxing him, despite a right eye that was swollen shut. Algieri showed tremendous poise to collect himself and remain calm. But his sample size remains too small in comparison to Pacquiao, who has routinely overcome being hurt by much bigger fighters. The PacMan also proved following his devastating one-punch knockout loss to Juan Manuel Marquez that he could come back and compete at an elite level.
Advantage: Pacquiao
