Among the highlights of Cutcliffe's office tour is his bookcase.
Cutcliffe is a big reader. He'll re-read old favorites, but he's always looking for something new to consume. He's currently working on Mariano Rivera's Autobiography, "The Closer," and he's a big fan of Malcolm Gladwell, Jon Gordon and Og Mandino.
Another favorite is "The Heart and the Fist," a book written by Duke graduate Eric Greitens, and Cutcliffe gives a copy of it to every player on the team.
"It's funny, when some of them graduate and have time to get to it and read it, I immediately get texts saying how meaningful it was," Cutcliffe said.
