"All of this is about recruiting," Cutcliffe said of the meeting room adjoining his office. He meets there with his staff to review recruits, watch film and discuss offers. The room was designed by Cutcliffe himself to make reviewing players with his assistants easy.
"We watch tape by the boatloads," he said. Along two walls of the room, Cutcliffe had real, football-grain leather installed over them. "This office probably has a lot more of my touch on it," Cutcliffe said.
