When giving the tour of his office, the place where Bob Stoops starts is actually just outside. To the left of his office door stands the trophy case that has defined his unmatched level of consistency in 15 seasons at Oklahoma. All eight Big 12 championship trophies sit in the case, five more than anyone else in the league has ever won.
"They're not easy to win," Stoops said. "What's the next closest? Three with Texas? Point being, that's what's significant about it."
