2014 NBA playoffs: Miami Heat during the Big Three era

Down 3-2, 2013 Finals
First it was Spoelstra shaking things up in Game 4, starting a gimpy Mike Miller in a game where Wade had a throwback performance to tie the Finals at two games apiece.
Then it was Gregg Popovich's turn to respond, starting Manu Ginobili for Game 5, the final game in San Antonio, and putting his team on the brink of another championship. Ginobili scored 24 points, but more important the Spurs shot 60 percent from the floor and won 114-104 to take a 3-2 series lead heading back to Miami.
The last time the Heat had trailed this late in a series was to the Celtics the previous season, and LeBron responded with 45 and 15. How would the Heat handle this deficit?
