2014 NBA Playoffs: Oklahoma City Thunder's wild ride

Letting It Slip Away
With nine minutes left, the Thunder led the Clippers by 16, and looked well on their way to putting a 3-1 stranglehold on the series.
It started with an innocuous Darren Collison jumper. Then came a Blake Griffin dunk, and then a Jamal Crawford layup. The lead was now 10. Timeout, Thunder.
In a move Doc Rivers said was done completely out of desperation, Chris Paul switched to guard Durant as the Clippers doubled every touch for the MVP. The Thunder couldn't solve it on the fly, as live-ball turnovers produced easy points for the Clippers. With 90 seconds left, Crawford put the Clippers up two with a straightaway 3.
Some clock mismanagement by the Clippers gave the Thunder an unexpected chance to force overtime, but naturally, Russell Westbrook was going for the win. His deep 3 rimmed out, and the Thunder were left wondering what just happened. A blown 16-point lead, and a missed opportunity to go up 3-1. The question was: How much would the Thunder regret it?
