Durability
The ability to withstand punishment is relatively unknown for Alvarez, who hasn't found himself in much danger inside the ring outside of a 2010 bout against Jose Miguel Cotto in which one left hook put him in trouble. Angulo, meanwhile, is a warrior who has endured multiple battles thanks to his stalking style. He has been stopped just once (against James Kirkland) and was forced to quit on one other occasion (against Erislandy Lara) due to injury. Despite those moments, there's little doubt who holds the advantage in this area.
Advantage: Angulo
