That's a hefty total for England - the highest in Champions Trophy history. Could it have been a few more? Probably. But it's going to be a tough chase for Australia. The centrepiece was Ben Duckett's magnificent 165. A nice innings from Joe Root, too. The middle order stumbled a bit, but England have set themselves up. We knew Australia would have a weakened bowling attack but they stuck at it. Nathan Ellis was very impressive, Adam Zampa showed all his experience and Labuschagne chipped in at the death. Batting is their strong suit, and they'll believe they can hunt this down. A lot could rest on Travis Head. Miller will be with you for the start of the chase.

Sandeep: "Smith erred here by giving too many overs to Labuschagne. Regular seamer bowling yorkers would have been a better choice."

Andy: "Jofra's most valuable contribution for England with the bat?"

Scotland: "No offence to marnus but if he's bowling the last over of a ODI then you have one seriously deficient bowling attack" - 48th over was excellent, and first three balls of the last good as well. It's a fine line but doubt it was Plan A.

Sami: "The crowd in Lahore for the first match here is insanely good...loving the vibes it's bringing to this game." - Has really filled up, they could have a cracking second innings
