As the owner of a staffing company, Haixia Zhang knows that she needs to make the best decisions at all times to make sure that the right employees are working at the right places. The same can be said about her poker game, which, when filled with challenging decisions, demonstrates a brilliant sense of owning her approach and allocating her assets. Zhang admitted she doesn't play a ton of poker, but she easily fooled the field of 793 who watched her dominate and win her first WSOP bracelet on Sunday in Las Vegas.  "I'm in complete awe. It's unreal," Zhang said to the WSOP. "I'm just glad to be here, let alone win it." After failing to make it through Day 1 of the record-setting Monster Stack event, Zhang bought into the Ladies Championship looking for her first WSOP cash. Three days later, she earned $153,470 and the admiration of many including her husband and two children. Zhang entered the final table third in chips behind Mikiyo Aoki and Meikat Siu. She chipped up and moved into the chip lead after eliminating Patricia Cahill in ninth (K-K > A-8), then Kendra Wray in seventh (A-9 > A-J), but still faced a real challenge in Aoki, who had a tough run of luck during the event's final stage. Aoki eliminated the Daniel Negreanu-assisted Patty Landis in fifth, and Zhang knocked out five-time WSOP casher Elizabeth Montizanti in fourth, leaving a final three that many expected from the onset of action. Aoki lost her lead to Zhang during three-handed play, but took out Siu to force nearly even stacks to begin heads-up action. The finale lasted only 10 hands and turned in Zhang's favor after a turned straight also made Aoki two pair. On the final hand, Zhang's A-6 held against Aoki's J-7. "I'm a business owner and a mom, and I really don't play poker that much," she said. "But I definitely will be coming back next year."
