over Valencia in Champions League Group B on Wednesday.
Striker Yssouf Kone gave the Norwegians the lead in the 53rd
minute when he converted a pass from Mikael Dorsin.
Defender Vidar Riseth sealed victory eight minutes later
when he drove the ball past Valencia keeper Santiago Canizares.
Valencia missed a good chance in the 48th when winger
Joaquin shot straight at keeper Lars Hirschfeld from seven
metres.
Rosenborg are second in the table with four points from
three games while Valencia are third on three points.
