Soccer-Rapid Bucharest head league after 4-2 win

BUCHAREST, Aug 19 - Rapid Bucharest scored three
goals in the final five minutes of the first half to defeat
Otelul Galati 4-2 on Sunday and take the lead in the Romanian
first division after four rounds.

Ionut Mazilu, Vasile Maftei, Lucian Burdujan and Emil Dica
scored for Italian coach Cristiano Bergodi's side.

Rapid have 10 points, equal with Steaua Bucharest who drew
0-0 with CFR Cluj in an incident-packed match.

Steaua central defender Dorin Goian was sent off in the 11th
minute for a foul on Brazilian Didi and Colombian goalkeeper
Robinson Zapata saved a penalty from Eugen Trica after Mihaita
Nesu had brought down Portuguese Semedo in the 73rd minute.
