artluber75's nomination: I would like to nominate Pudge & Astis sports bar and grill in Prescott, AZ . It is a great local bar that looks like nothing from the outside but is awesome on the inside. There's sport memorabilia everywhere and tons of T.V's. Great story behind the bar as it has been around for 30 years or more. Started as a bar over a historic hotel. Now it's a converted mechanics garage. the actual bar sits over the old oil change pits from the original building and have never been filled in. There is actually a running bet of when one of our heaviest regulars is going to fall through. There are always constant "friendly" bets over just about anything in this bar. Majority of regulars have been coming in for many many years. Most have their own spots at the bar or on the patio. I am one that always has my spot on the patio and I have actually had people get up and move when I show up. All in all just a great bar in a great small town full of stories. All of the bartenders have been here forever. And they always remember someones birthday and give u a birthday card with a free drink chip as a present. No other place like it. Should be called the BEST BAR PERIOD!
