Some of the biggest dual and individual results from Feb. 8 to Feb. 15.

Duals:

No. 3 Penn State 18, No. 6 Minnesota 18

The skinny: In one of the best duals of the year, the two sqauds split the ten matches evenly. Penn State received a technical fall from No. 3 David Taylor (157), while Minnesota battled back by collecting three wins by major decision to tie the dual.

Maryland 19, No. 9 American 17

The skinny: The Terps used a valiant team effort to knock off the Eagles, but it was a loss that made the biggest impact. At 157 pounds, Kyle John held top-ranked, and pinning machine, Steve Fittery to a 13-4 major decision.

No. 17 Northwestern 25, No. 7 Wisconsin 13

The skinny: Not having 2010 NCAA champion Andrew Howe is really hurting the Wisconsin. No. 3 Brandon Precin collected a pin at 125 pounds for Northwestern, and the Wildcats took six of the ten matches to upset the Badgers. Howe is expected back for the Big Ten Tournament.

No. 10 Rutgers 19, No. 9 American 15

The skinny: Rutgers has been the biggest surprise this season, and against American, they showed wy they are a favorite to finish in the top-10 in March. A crucial pin by Daniel Rinaldi at 184 pounds sealed the deal for the Scarlet Knights.
