Welcome to the new and improved version of the Fantasy Baseball Forecaster! This year, we've reorganized the story into four parts; it's the same great intel, but you get right where you need to go as quickly as possible. Good luck this season!
Here's the scheduled starter for each game from May 22 to 28, including a projected game score for each pitcher in each matchup. A 50 is typically deemed a "quality start" by this measure, while a 70 is considered a dominant start:

Alec Asher will replace Ubaldo Jimenez in the Baltimore Orioles' rotation beginning on May 28.
David Price (DL: elbow) made a rehabilitation start for Triple-A Pawtucket on May 24 and won't rejoin the Boston Red Sox's rotation until May 29 (Monday of Week 9). The Red Sox will likely turn to Brian Johnson for one more start before Price's return, that coming on May 27.
The Toronto Blue Jays have May 22 and 25 off days, so they will likely go with only four starters through Week 8. Aaron Sanchez (DL: finger) won't be eligible to return this week, and Francisco Liriano (DL: shoulder) is scheduled for a minor league rehabilitation start during the May 26-28 weekend than rejoin the Blue Jays on May 28.
The Chicago White Sox needed a spot starter sometime between May 27 (Saturday of Week 8) and 30 (Tuesday of Week 9) due to their doubleheader on the former date, and Tyler Danish will get that call for Game 2 of their May 27 doubleheader.
Corey Kluber (DL: back) won't rejoin the Cleveland Indians' rotation during Week 8. He made a minor league rehabilitation start on May 25.
The Detroit Tigers need a spot starter for one of the games of their May 27 doubleheader, with Buck Farmer filling in during Game 1.
Following their May 25 postponement, the Kansas City Royals will skip Miguel Almonte's spot start originally scheduled for that day, pushing that spot in their rotation back to May 30 (Tuesday of Week 9). Almonte would likely get that start should Nate Karns (DL: forearm) not be ready by then.
Kyle Gibson rejoined the Minnesota Twins' rotation on May 22, and he is expected to make his next start on May 28. Adalberto Mejia will get another start on May 27.
The Houston Astros expect Dallas Keuchel (DL: neck) to miss only one start, on May 22, so he'll pitch the next time that turn in their rotation arrives on May 27. Brad Peacock filled in on May 22.
The Oakland Athletics scratched Kendall Graveman (shoulder) from his scheduled May 26 start and promoted Jharel Cotton from Triple-A Nashville to start on May 27.
James Paxton (DL: forearm) made a four-inning, 55-pitch minor league rehabilitation start on May 26, so he won't rejoin the Seattle Mariners' rotation during Week 8. Rob Whalen, who was recalled from Triple-A Tacoma on May 24 to provide bullpen depth, will get a spot start on May 27.
The Miami Marlins are expected to go with a four-man rotation during Week 8 due to May 22 and 25 off days. Jose Urena would lose his second start if the team decides to use five starters.
The Washington Nationals recalled Joe Ross to start on May 23, and he's likely to start again when that turn in the rotation arrives on May 28.
Hyun-Jin Ryu will be skipped in the Los Angeles Dodgers' Week 8 rotation, giving Clayton Kershaw a second start.
