NORTHWEST — GIRLS' CROSS COUNTRY
In her first season running cross
country, Meyers made the competition
in Class 1A aware that she will
be a force to be reckoned with.
Meyers won the individual state
title in the fall with a time of
18:53, setting a Class 1A record on
the Sun Willows course. Meyers ran
neck-and-neck with Olivia Thomas
of King's before separating from
the senior defending champ. She
was the lone placer for Northwest.
