BROOKINGS, S.D. -- For the second straight year, South
Dakota State University posted the highest team grade point average
in all levels of women's college basketball, according to the
Women's Basketball Coaches Association.
The SDSU women had a 3.693 GPA in the 2006-07 school year, down
slightly from 3.73 the previous school year.
The Jackrabbits posted a 25-6 season record and reached the
quarterfinals of the Women's NIT.
