Miller's 41 saves catapult Sabres by Islanders

Ryan Miller made 41 saves, and Alexander Sulzer scored the tiebreaking goal midway through the third period for the Buffalo Sabres, who earned a 3-2 victory over the New York Islanders despite being badly outshot Saturday night.
