NFL still reviewing allegations against Nelson Agholor

The NFL continues to review Eagles WR Nelson Agholor under the league's personal conduct policy stemming from sexual assault allegations made against him over the summer, an NFL spokesman told ESPN's Adam Caplan.

A dancer at a Philadelphia strip club accused Agholor of sexual assault in June. In July, Philadelphia district attorney Seth Williams decided not to charge the second-year pro.

"The District Attorney's Family Violence and Sexual Assault Unit and detectives from the Philadelphia Police Department's Special Victims Unit thoroughly investigated the allegations of sexual assault against Nelson Agholor," Williams said in a statement July 18. "As a result of this joint investigation, our staff and the Police reached the conclusion that we lacked sufficient evidence to bring charges against Mr. Agholor, therefore no charges will be filed."

The league is also reviewing a pair of incidents involving Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham. He has been charged with aggravated battery, a felony, stemming from a July incident where Bradham was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with a Miami hotel employee. A trial hearing date has been set for Jan. 17.

In early October, Bradham was arrested on a second-degree misdemeanor concealed weapons charge for bringing a loaded gun to Miami International Airport. Officials at the time said "it was clear that there was no criminal intent."

Bradham told ESPN he is hopeful that the weapons charge will be thrown out.
