Ranking the Browns' 24 QBs since 1999 from worst to first

At some point in the 2016 season, the Cleveland Browns figure to add the 25th name to that infamous jersey that lists all the quarterbacks who have started since 1999. Whether it's Robert Griffin III or a drafted quarterback, someone will be No. 25 -- with No. 26 to follow.

The team's 24 starters since 1999 make up quite a list, and include a Spergon, a Luke and a Johnny. How do they rank in terms of production and ability? Here's my ignominious ranking of Browns quarterbacks in the expansion era, from No. 24 to the best at No.1.
