There was a bit of a shake-up among the four No. 1 seeds in the latest reveal by the NCAA women's basketball committee of its projected top 16.

UConn, Mississippi State and Baylor remained among the top four seeds, as they have been for the previous two reveals.

But South Carolina, which lost to UConn and Missouri in the past week, dropped to No. 5 overall. Moving to No. 4 is Notre Dame.

Making a debut among the top 16 seeds is Oklahoma, which comes in at No. 16 after upsetting Texas on Saturday. And Kentucky -- which was in the first reveal on Jan. 23 but fell out for the second reveal on Feb. 6 -- is back in at No. 15.

The teams Kentucky and Oklahoma replaced are NC State and DePaul, both of which lost over the weekend.

UConn, which has won 101 games in a row, remains strong in the No. 1 spot, although the Huskies did get a scare in New Orleans on Saturday with a 63-60 win over Tulane. No. 2 Mississippi State climbed from No. 4 in the previous reveal, while Baylor went from No. 2 to No. 3.

Three of the teams in the top 16 played Monday night, games that definitely could have an effect on seeding. Maryland, seeded at No. 7, played at Ohio State and lost 98-87. No. 2 seed Baylor visited No. 6 seed Texas and won 70-67.

This is the final reveal before the NCAA selection show, set for Monday, March 13, at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.

The complete list of the projected seedings is: 1. UConn 2. Mississippi State 3. Baylor 4. Notre Dame 5. South Carolina 6. Texas 7. Maryland 8. Oregon State 9. Florida State 10. Stanford 11. Duke 12. Washington 13. UCLA 14. Louisville 15. Kentucky 16. Oklahoma.

The top 16 seeds will host the early rounds of the NCAA tournament, provided they don't have a scheduling conflict with their facility. The early rounds will run from March 17-20. The regionals will be March 24-27 and held in Bridgeport, Connecticut; Lexington, Kentucky; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Stockton, California.

The Final Four will be in Dallas from March 31-April 2.
